An editorial piece accompanying an article asking the question, “Why Do Girls Get Better Grades Than Girls?” I really wanted to emphasize the idea that certain gender stereotypes should not necessarily dictate how well some may do in school, and instead examine the reasons why female students often must work twice as hard as their male counterparts in order to reach their goals.
