Candace Brabant
www.candacebrabant.com/Fueled by a passion and determination for the arts, Candace Brabant always knew her career would be in illustration. Her work has been hung in various galleries and won awards for her work throughout her time earning her Bachelors in Fine Arts, with an emphasis in Illustration. Candace was an independently contracted art teacher for various school districts to teach art to at-risk youth, ranging from kindergarten to pre-college teens. She moved on to work for DreamWorks Animation SKG, while still freelancing and creating commissioned work. During her time at DreamWorks, she worked alongside the Visual Development team and the Education department to host art classes for employee development. After her time in the animation industry, she decided to once again combine her love of art, education, and helping others. Candace is currently earning her Masters in Fine Arts and teaching art at a four-year university.
