I was commissioned by Vintage Books to illustrate the cover for Lucy Mangan’s reading memoir ‘Bookworm.’ Working under the wonderful art direction of Julia Connolly, I created a design of a girl reading under a tree, with illustrated little icons from such classics as The Worst Witch, The Hungry Caterpillar and George’s Marvellous Medicine.
