This piece was originally created as a portfolio sample and fan art. I used it in my promotions where it was notice by the Tabasco Museum in Louisiana. They asked if they could include it in their museum of the history Tabasco. I said yes, of course. By chance It was noticed by a visitor, Lorenzo Ledel who publishes a quarterly culinary magazine in Amsterdam (Netherlands). Lorenzo was doing an article on Tabasco sauce and their process. He asked to use the piece for the article.
