A tribute to the strange environment we found ourselves in during this Halloween season. The assignment was to create a scene that utilized costumes in a more editorial sense which is why all of the costumes in this illustration play on the current state of the world in the pandemic. Done with a dip pen and then scanned with color added digitally.
