This is one of my junior projects. I created a series of illustrations based on the play You can’t take it with you. I admire grandpa’s philosophy: “Don’t do anything that you’re not going to enjoy”, it sounds too idealistic, but it’s true that you have to enjoy doing something before succeeding.
I filled the space with various things which the character enjoys doing, to give the drawing a sense of craziness. I’m trying to express emotions through characters, and infuse my sense of humor into my drawings.
